Building upon his personal leverage and professional synergies, Hamid launched AI City (aicity.ma) along with different partners.

Through his company, International Holding Group (IHG), acting as Lead Master Developer, AI City is the world's largest real estate development of its kind.

As part of his broader ambition to foster and accelerate the ecosystem he is building, Hamid also led the creation of Glocal Accelerators, a locomotive global platform designed to generate highly meaningful startups and companies.

Hamid started his career firstly in Qatar in 2008 subsequently after a couple of years to the UAE . From day one and all over the years, he seized every opportunity to shape his dream career.

Personal & Mindset

Hamid Lhssani was born in 1982 in Morocco. From an early age, he enjoyed living and studying in a touristic region in the southeastern part of Morocco, where regularly meeting tourists from different nationalities was a normal part of everyday life. This early multicultural exposure profoundly shaped his mindset, worldview and communication skills. In 2001, after brilliantly completing his technical high school education, Hamid joined the second-best business school in the country. During his studies, he was also actively involved in various seasonal trading activities, gaining early practical exposure to business and entrepreneurship.

Hamid is a fluent communicator in Arabic, including all its accents, as well as English and French, with a basic understanding of Spanish.

He is an organized hybrid hard-worker with almost no free time and virtually no weekends—although, from time to time, he can be found somewhere playing football.
